It started with a simple idea
put the home buyer first in all that you do.

About Kin at Schonsee And Amenities - Kin at Schonsee is being described as a boutique collection of single family homes that will be anything but cookie cutter. Kin, sitting on 12 acres, will have 85 single - family homes when fully developed.

There will be a variety of architectural styles to ensure an eclectic street scape, said LaFrance, giving their builders and buyers a variety and choice of architectural styling. To this day, the heart and soul of our business is Frank’s guiding principle of putting the home buyer first in all we do. Company-wide, we strive to ensure his vision shines through every day.

Behind the Name

The Schonsee neighborhood structure plan (NSP), approved by City Council in 2002, is located within the Lake District in north Edmonton.

“We decided to focus on single-family housing. With a focus on kinship and nature, we felt that Kin at Schonsee really drove home families being at the hub of our neighborhood and being at a focal point,” said Jesse LaFrance of JL Developments, explaining how the community’s name of Kin at Schonsee came about.

“With over 40 per cent of all of our lots having views of the wetlands and parks, it was a natural decision for us to focus on Kin being family.”

When you build your new Edmonton home with Falcon View Homes, you partner with an established company with deep roots in Alberta. Schonsee is bounded by 167th Avenue to the south, 66th Street to the east, 82nd Street to the west, and 173rd Avenue to the north.
